What this utility processes
A focused record of the information handled by the Seller Pilot authorization utility.
Limited information
The utility processes seller identifiers, selected marketplace/region, authorization metadata, administrator-session data, temporary continuation data, and encrypted authorization bundles. It does not intentionally collect order data, buyer addresses, payment information, or analytics data.
Cookies and storage
Necessary HttpOnly cookies keep the browser session and browser-bound Amazon continuation separate. Session/continuation records have bounded lifetimes. Successful encrypted bundles remain until an administrator explicitly deletes them; cleanup handles expired or failed records.
Platform records
A hosting platform may produce technical logs. The authorization utility is designed to return safe errors and avoids recording Amazon credentials, authorization codes, cookies, and token contents in its own application records.
