We build the operational backbone for modern Amazon businesses — accurate data, fewer manual tasks, better decisions.
Running a successful Amazon business means juggling orders, inventory, listings, pricing, fulfillment and finance across multiple marketplaces. As catalogs and order volumes grow, spreadsheets and disconnected tools stop scaling. Seller Pilot exists to give selling partners a single, reliable workspace where every part of the operation comes together.
We connect to the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) so the data you act on is accurate and up to date. From there, we automate the repetitive work and surface the insights that help teams move faster and protect their margins.
Decisions are only as good as the data behind them. We sync directly with Amazon's APIs and reconcile carefully so the numbers you see are the numbers you can trust.
We treat seller and customer data as a responsibility, not an asset. Encryption, least-privilege access and data minimization are built into the platform — not bolted on.
We design our use of Amazon data to align with the Amazon Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and we request only the access our features require.
Our product is shaped by the day-to-day realities of running a marketplace business — practical workflows, clear reporting, and automation that saves real time.
Seller Pilot accesses Amazon data only with the explicit authorization of the selling partner, through Amazon's secure consent flow. We use that data solely to provide and improve the features the customer has enabled — for example, syncing orders, managing inventory, updating listings, repricing, reconciling finances and producing analytics.
We do not sell Amazon Information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the service. Personally identifiable information is encrypted, access-controlled and retained only as long as necessary. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Data & Security overview.
