By accessing or using the Seller Pilot website or platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Seller Pilot provides a cloud-based operations and ERP platform for Amazon selling partners, including order, inventory, listing, pricing, fulfillment, finance and analytics features. We may update, enhance or modify the Service from time to time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Amazon authorization & compliance

To use Amazon-connected features, you must authorize Seller Pilot to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official authorization flow. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access. You agree to comply with all applicable Amazon policies, including the Amazon Selling Partner Agreement, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. You may revoke Seller Pilot's access at any time in Seller Central.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
  • Use the Service in violation of Amazon's policies or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and trademarks, is owned by Seller Pilot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data and the Amazon data you authorize us to access. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data & Security overview, which form part of these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including the Amazon SP-API. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Pilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Amazon authorization in Seller Central. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data & Security overview.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
